2024/2025 Summer Competition Wrap-up

Congratulations to the winners of the Peel Pool Association Summer Competition.

Indeed, congratulations to everyone who participated in this year’s Summer Competition. This year’s competition was only the second year it has been an official Peel Pool Association event – prior to 2023 it was operated exclusively by the management of the Mandurah Indoor Sports Centre as far back as POOLStat records exist.

2024/25 saw 81 registered players (71 players last year) spread across 10 teams (8 teams last year) and as we have mentioned previously the uptake of new players in this year’s competition was fantastic. 44% of summer registrations were new to our Association and the format – great achievement and on all accounts the retention rate of new players into the Winter Comp has been excellent.

Commiserations must be made of the runners-up in “A” Grade – Peel Jaguars and “B” Grade – Halls Head Bowling Club, better luck next year.
